1 pound filleted salmon side
3 T. mayo
3 T. honey
t. garlic powder
c. pecans, crushed
c. glazed pecans, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Rinse salmon. Place on parchment-paper lined baking sheet and pat dry. Mix mayo, honey and garlic powder and spread a thin layer over the fish. (Use any extra or make more to serve as a sauce for the fish). Sprinkle the nuts in alternating stripes over the fish. Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until the fish flakes easily at the thickest part of the fish.
