2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 T oil
1 beaten egg
2 T vinegar
2 cups mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, oil. Beat egg with vinegar, add to cheese. Add sugar, salt and pepper, mayonnaise. Beat well.
