2 egg whites room temp
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 scant tsp peppermint flavoring
4-5 drops green food coloring
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and cream of tartar. Beat again until soft peaks form.

2. Gradually add sugar, 1 T at a time.

3. Add vanilla, flavoring and coloring. Fold in chips.

4. Preheat oven to 350. Drop 1 tsp of batter at a time onto greased cookie sheet. Put cookie sheet in oven and turn off. Leave in overnight or at least 5 hours.
