Directions:
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Add salt and oil/shortening. Add flour little by little until a soft dough is formed. Let rise in an oiled bowl until double in size. (This is a quick rising dough and will double in size in a couple of hours. It can be left all day or night to rise, but it will probably spill over the bowl.) Divide dough into two greased loaf pans and bake at 425º for 25-30 minutes.
