4 c. fruit
7/8 - 1 c. sugar
5 T flour

*If using cherries, add 1 t. almond flavor. For peaches and apples, use 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1 1/2 t. cinnamon.*

Bake 20 min. at 425 degrees, then at 375 degrees until done.

For crumb topping, miix 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. butter with pastry blender, and put on top of fruit filling before baking. Makes enough crumb topping for 2 pies.
