Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) pear halves, drained
9 maraschino cherries without stems
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg (8-serving size) or 2 pkgs (4-serving size) Jello Lime Flavor Gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 2 pear halves into 8 slices. Dice remaining pears, set aside. Place slices and cherries on bottom of tree mold or 5-cup mold.

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Measure 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression). Carefully pour over fruit in mold, pushing fruit down if it begins to float. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set but not firm (should stick to finger when touched and should mound).

Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in pears. Spoon over gelatin in mold.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

Garnish as desired.
