1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. applesauce
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine next 4 ingredients, add alternately with applesauce to creamed mixture. Stir in oats and chips. Fill paper-lined muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
