2 10oz. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small minced onion (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 beaten egg
1 stick melted butter
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x10 pan with broccoli spears. Mix the next 5 ingredients together and pour over the broccoli. Mix melted butter with the stuffing and spread over the top. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
