1 Golden Deluxe Cake Mix or Yellow Cake Mix
½ cup oil
4 eggs
1 package instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces of sour cream
3 T. poppy seeds (I use more)
1 T almond extract

Glaze:
Powdered Sugar
Lemon Extract
Hot water

Directions:

Cake:
Mix together. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Glaze:
I start with 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp lemon extract and 1 tsp hot water. Then I add more sugar or water to make the glaze the consistency that you want to drizzle over the cake.
