4 lbs country style pork ribs cut in pieces
barbecue sauce for oven baked country ribs (see Dressings, Marinades, and Sauces section)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in enough salted water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 1 hour until tender. While ribs are simmering prepare sauce. See recipe in Dressings, Marinades, and Sauces section of cookbook. When ribs are tender, drain and place in baking pan. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, basting often with sauce.
