This is a side dish accommodate Sweet and Sour Meatballs with sauce.

2 celery stalks; chopped in 1/4 inch approx.

chop 2 to 3 baby bok choy; (wash this really good) CHOP off the whites and cook the whites till soft

4 to 6 green onions (for me more is better)

small cabbage

bag of shredded carrots

bag of bean sprouts

noodles (I am using Ramen in those small packages; however there is other rice noodles out there; your choice

2 - 3 cups of soys sauce

little oil for frying

This is a quick cook


Use a little oil for frying in a large pan

put in white from bok choy and soften

Add small chopped cabbage and celery

Add bean sprouts

Add soy sauce

Add shredded carrots, bean sprouts, green onion (same a little of the onion for garnish) with the above and the green part of the bok choy; cook 10 to 15 minutes

Add cooked noodles or cook in above for another 5 to 10 minutes.
