2 normal sized cans black beans or 1 large can (drained and rinsed)
2 cans white/shoe peg corn (drained)
2 jalapeņos chopped up finely (deseed - adjust for hotness)
1 bell pepper chopped up - any color
1 bunch cilantro chopped up and without the big stem parts. (use less if it seems too much - some bunches are huge)
lime juice from 2-3 limes

Wait until ready to serve to prep the following:
3-6 roma/regular tomatoes chopped up
2 avocados chopped up

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients above anytime from a few hours to the night before serving. Refrigerate.

Right before serving, mix in gently the tomatoes and avocados.

Serve with tortilla chips.
