6 pounds potatoes
8 ounces celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 ½ cups chicken stock
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
½ mace
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
5 spoons chicken base
1 whole bay leaf.
6 ounces margarine, melted
2 ½ quarts of Hot powder milk
1 ¼ cups flour
½ cup parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, celery and onion until tender. Get a pan and put in the 2 ½ quarts of hot powder milk. In a separate bowl, combine the melted margarine and flour. Then slowly combine with the hot milk; stir until smooth. Combine the mixture with the cooked vegetables. Add the parsley and you are done.
