1 lb. sausage (mild, hot or sage)
3 c. Bisquick
1 ½ c. sharp cheddar cheese
¾ c. water.
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble sausage. Drain. Cool.

Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix Bisquick and cheddar cheese. Make a hole in this mixture. Add soup that has been mixed with 3/4 cups water. Mix well. Add sausage.

Put in greased muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Store in tight container.

Muffins may be made in large or mini-size muffin tins.
