2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
24 pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Slightly beat eggs. Add next five ingredients in order listed. Mix well. Fill buttered (or paper-lined) miniature muffin pans ⅔ full. Place pecan half on top. Bake 8-10 minutes.

Store in airtight container. Makes 24 muffins.

Grandmommy likes her muffins on the soft, chewy side. So I don't cook them until completely done. Enjoy them. I served these at your mother's bridal brunch.
