Ingredients:  
4 pd. small potatoes, whole or cut in half
⅓ cup Crisco
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped Rosemary
Light Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat over to 425
2. Place potatoes, oil, garlic, onion, rosemary, salt and pepper in a baking pan
3. Toss well to mix ingredients.
4. Bake for 40-45 mins. Stirring occasionally and gently until the potatoes are cooked and lightly brown.
