1 pkg. Cream Cheese 8 oz.
2/3 c. Heavy Cream
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Cloves Garlic
1 bag Frozen Spinach 10-12 oz.
1/2 can Quartered Artichoke Hearts about 7 oz.
1/3 c. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 c. Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small crock pot. Cook for 1 1/2 hrs. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
