1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Milk
6 Eggs
1 tbsp. Grated Orange Peel
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
6 Slices Bread Cut Into 1" Pieces
1 c. Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square baking dish with nonstick spray.

Whisk sugar, milk, eggs, orange peel and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in bread and blueberries. Pour into prepared dish. Let stand 5 min.

Bake 40-45 min. or until bread is browned and center is almost set. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
