1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lg. Onion
2 c. Salsa
1 can Black Beans Drained
2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Ground Cummin
6 Flour Tortillas
3/4 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1 c. Lettuce
1 Tomato Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Stir in salsa, beans, taco seasoning, and cumin. Place 3 tortillas in an 11x7 in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Lqyer with Half of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers.

Cover and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5-10 min. more until heated through. Let stand for 5 min. Top with lettuce and tomato.
