5 T cold butter or margarine
2-1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.

Cut cold butter into 1/4" cubes. Toss baking mix and butter cubes with fork until coated. Add milk; stir just until milk is absorbed (do not overstir).

Drop dough by spoonfuls nto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

High Altitude Directions: Preheat oven to 475. Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour into baking mix. Bake about 11 minutes.
