1 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes until water has cooked down. Cool. Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks, raisins.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Bake in slow oven
