1 cup sugar
6 eggs well beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup oleo melted and cooled
6 tsp baking powder
Enough (at least 2 cups) sifted flour to make soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Beat eggs, sugar, oleo and vanilla together. Add flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Roll into small walnut-sized balls. Do not over handle.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Frost (powdered sugar mixed with a little water) or roll in coconut.
