3 large eggs
5 lb sweet potatoes (mashed)
⅔ c granulated sugar
⅔ c butter (melted)
⅓ c heavy cream
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp allspice

Topping
1 c light brown sugar
⅓ c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans
½ c butter cut into small pieces
Directions:

Heat oven to 350º
Grease a shallow 2 qt baking dish
Beat eggs in a large bowl
Stir in potatoes
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well
Spread evenly into prepared baking dish

Topping
Mix sugar, flour and nuts in a medium size bowl
Sprinkle evenly ove potato mixture
Bake for 60-70 minutes
