Chicken pieces ( about 2 pounds)
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup shortening
½ teaspoon celery seed
½ cup sliced onion
¾ cup fresh orange juice or any other

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper mixture. Put chicken in skillet. Sprinkle celery seed over chicken and brown chicken on both sides. Put chicken in 1 ½ quart baking dish, reserving the shortening and celery seed mixture. Cook onion in skillet until tender. Add orange juice to skillet and pour over the chicken. Bake one hour or until tender.
