2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
3 Tablespoons Dried Italian Herb Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
¾ teaspoons Dried Red Pepper Flakes (use Up To 1 1/2 Depending On Taste)
1-½ Tablespoon Whole Fennel Seeds (crushed If Desired)
1 Tablespoon Paprika
3 teaspoons Granulated Onion (up To 4 Teaspoons, To Taste)
3 Tablespoons Salt

Blend together the spices and herbs. Store in an air tight container.
To use, blend 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the seasoning blend into 1 pound of ground meat (chicken, turkey, or pork). Add more or less of the Italian seasoning bend to taste. Use seasoned sausage as called for in your recipe.
If time allows, add seasoning to the meat and refrigerate for several hours before using to allow time for the flavors to blend.
