1-3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sliced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Beat eggs, sugar and oil well. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake 45-60 minutes in a greased 9x13" pan.

Dust with powdered sugar.
