4 cups sliced apples
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix apples and sugar. Let stand.

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.

Beat eggs, vanilla, then add oil. Add dry ingredients to eggs. Add raisins and nuts.

Bake 45-50 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
