Ingredients:  
1/2 # butter
3 egg yolks
2 cakes cream cheese
3 T powdered sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour

Cheese Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 C sugar
3 T flour
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 T lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cheese. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Work well.

2. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick.

3. Cut out with shot glass. Depress center with thumb. Fill with cheese filling.

4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
