1 lb. Philadelpia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
1 T flour
1 pt sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
5 beaten egg whites

Graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9-inch spring foam pan and mash graham crackers.

Beat cream cheese, add sugar and sour cream. Add egg yolks and remaining ingredients. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake at 300 for one hour. Turn heat off. Leave in oven for 1/2 hour longer, then leave in oven for 1/2 hour with door open.

Save a few for top, add cherries on top after refrigerating.
