6 6-oz salmon fillets
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
nonstick cooking spray
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-in thick half-moons
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in a large zip-top bag. Add the honey and the soy sauce. Seal and turn to coat. Marinate for 30 mins or up to 2 hours. Drain and discard marinade.

Preheat broiler. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Broil fish for 5 to 7 minutes per 1/2-in thickness, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini. Cook about 3 minutes or until just tender; season with salt. Serve with the zucchini.
