1 lb flank steak trimmed into thin slices
1/3 c hoisin sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 green onions cut into 1" pieces
Jasmine rice (cooked in advance)
Snow peas

Directions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet. Coat meat with cooking spray (optional). Add steak to pan; cook 3 mins or until browned and liquid almost evaporated.

Combine hoisin sauce and next 5 ingredients (through pepper) in a small bowl. Add mixture and green onions to steak in pan; cook 1 min or until sauce is slightly reduced.

Serve over jasmine rice and steamed snow peas.
