Beef for roasting, your choice of cut
1 cup of strong coffee
⅓ cup of soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in roasting pan, add coffee and soy sauce. Cover and bake in oven at 350º for two hours. When finished, remove roast from pan and add a flour/water mixture to the pan to make gravy.
