8 oz. chocolate
2 T. margarine
3 T. potato starch
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ c. chopped walnuts
1½ c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Put chocolate and margarine together and melt in a pot. Whisk potato starch, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl and set aside. Beat eggs, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed for about 15 seconds. Lower speed and add melted chocolate. Mix just until combined. Stir in potato starch mixture, then mix in nuts and choc. chips. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. Bake 6 minutes, rotate pans and bake another 3-4 minutes. Makes 2½ dozen.
