2/3 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 8-oz plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2 cups sifted flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup walnuts

GLAZE

1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1-1/2 T warm water
few drops of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with 3/4 cup sugar (reserving 1/4 cup) until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time until well blended. Stir in yogurt, lemon peel and vanilla.

Resift flour with baking powder soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, stirring until smooth. Add 3/4 cup walnuts, save remaining 1/4 cup.

Turn half of batter into greased floured tube pan. Mix remaining 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Top with remaining batter and walnuts.

Bake at 350º about one hour below oven center. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.

GLAZE

Combine powdered sugar with warm water and few drops vanilla. Drizzle over cake while warm.
