4 eggs
1 c veg. oil
2 c sugar
15 oz. canned pumpkin(not pumpkin pie mix)
2 c flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger(ground)
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp.nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs,oil,sugar,and pumpkin in large bowl.Add the spices to this mixture( I think it gives it a better flavor?) In another bowl mix flour,baking soda, baking powder and salt together and stir together, Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured/baking spray 11x16(cookie sheet) pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30mns.
Cream cheese frosting : 3oz cream cheese, 1/3 C butter, 1 tsp. vanilla.( I sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice into this mixture for more flavor?) Mix well and add 2 cups powdered sugar and mix again.
