3 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese
7 whole eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
Graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Beat everything but crumbs until well mixed. Pour into 9x13-inch pan lined with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350º for one hour. Turn oven off. Leave cake in oven 20-30 minutes longer with door slightly ajar.
