2 ½ cups of mashed potato's
2 Tbsp. softened Butter
2 ½ warm water
1 pkg. Yeast dissolved in ½ cup of warm water
16 cups Flour, divided
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix all ingred. except flour. Gradually stil in 10 cups flour. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Add remaining flour until a stiff dough forms. Knead 5 to 10 mins il smooth(over) and elastic.

Divide dough into 4ths and shape into loaves. Place in loaf pans and cover and let rise until doubled.

Heat oven to 375º. Bake until golden brown. Bake ab out 40 mins. Remove from pans and let cool on racks.
