2 cups flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
In a medium size bowl combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, and salt
In a large bowl combine butter and sugars, and cream together
After well combined, add egg, vanilla, and pumpkin purée
Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet
After all dry ingredients are combined with the wet, fold in chocolate chips
Bake cookies at 350 for 8-10 minutes
