4 corn tortillas (6 inch)
1 cup Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
4 eggs
1/4 cup Salsa
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 2 tortillas in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 1 min.; turn. Top evenly with 1/4 cup cheese; cook 30 sec. or until melted. Top each tortilla with 1 egg; cook 2 min. on each side or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Top with remaining cheese, salsa, tomatoes and sour cream.
