2 c. solid white Crisco©
1 envelope dry Dream Whip© topping mix
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
½ c. cornstarch (or cake flour)
⅔ c. water
2 lbs. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, on low speed, cream together Crisco©, Dream Whip©, salt, vanilla and almond extract.
Mix cornstarch or cake flour and water into the creamed mixture.
Add the powdered sugar slowly to incorporate, then beat on high speed until light and fluffy ( at least 6 minutes)

This freezes nicely.

This is a light , fluffy, not too sweet frosting. In addition to being a great frosting, it's also a delicious filling for Gobs.
