1 lb. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
3 - 4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the butter with an electric mixer until very light and foamy - at least 5 minutes.
Add the sugar and beat very well, again.
Add flour 1 cup at a time until it is the consistency to be rolled out and cut into shapes.
Bake at 300 for about 18 minutes. Do not let brown.

Cool and store in air tight container.
