1 1/2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 onion chopped
2 slices celery chopped
1 carrot shredded
1/2 pepper chopped
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/3 cup dry "Sylvia's gravy mix"
1 cup water
3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped vegetables and meat in pan and cook or medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain and add seasoned salt. Sprinkle gravy mix in and add water, stir well until thickened. Place in greased or parchment papered casserole dish. Spoon warmed mashed potatoes over meat mixture and spread evenly. Top with cheese. Cook covered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and cook 10-15 minutes more until browned and bubbling. Enjoy!
