4 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Stir honey, brown sugar, cider vinegar and brown mustard till smooth. Coat tenderloin with this sauce and roast on a rack for 20-30 minutes or till meat thermometer reaches 155º, coating once or twice with the sauce while the meat cooks. Service thinly sliced tenderloin with extra sauce drizzled on top.
