1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 T garlic powder
2 T butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1 pound linguine pasta
1 T olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
8 ounces shrimp
grated Romano cheese

Directions:

In bowl mix poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper, white pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Divide mix in half. In small skillet melt butter. Slowly stir in cream and milk and half the spice mixture. Cook over low until reduced and thickened. Remove and set aside. Cook pasta and set aside. In large skillet heat olive oil, stir in wine and rest of spice mix. Place on breasts in skillet, cook for approximately 20 minutes, remove from heat. Cook shrimp approximately three-four minutes on grill then ladle chicken and shrimp with cream sauce.
