7 cups flour
1 package yeast
1 t salt
2 cups water
cup sugar
⅓ cup lard or oleo
2 egg whites well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast, sugar, salt, egg whites. Add lard & 2 cups flour, beat 5 minutes, add rest of flour. Let rise. Pinch off dough about size of egg. Place about inch apart, press flat, prick with fork. Let rise, then bake at 400 oven about 20 minutes.
