4 cups spaghetti squash, cooked
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup raisins
2-3, cored, peeled and sliced thin

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray or lightly oil
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut sugar, almond milk, and cinnamon. Add spaghetti squash and toss to coat. Mix in apples and raisins gently. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool before slicing.

This dish is a super Whole 30 compliant dessert. I like to add a dollop of sour cream(when I am following Paleo) to mine, but Steven likes his plain.
