2 sticks soft butter
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour plus 2 tablespoons

Directions:
Directions:
First cream butter, sugar, eggs and oil, then add flour 1 cup at a time then add baking soda, cream of tarter .and vanilla and mix well.
Chill dough for 1 hour. Roll dough in to about quarter size balls , place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Press down with a shot glass and sprinkle with colored sugar.

Bake at 350º for 9 to 11 minutes or just until barely starting to brown. Remove from oven and leave cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before trying to remove to cooling rack.
