I pound pasta ( we prefer Radiatore pasta, but it's hard to find) can use whatever is your favorite
1 envelope dry ranch seasoning mix
2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
2 jars Alfredo sauce ( or a homemade Alfredo)
8 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled ( optional)
1 cup mozzarella cheese ( shredded)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
16 ounces of broccoli, cooked and cut into bite size pieces ( optional)

Oil for frying

Preheat oven to 350º
Coat chopped up chicken in ranch seasoning
Fry the chicken pieces until cooked thoroughly
Drain on paper towels
Cook pasta according to box directions, drain, set aside
Stir Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon and broccoli into the pasta
Add both cheeses, stir until completely coated with Alfredo sauce.
Pour into a 13x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray
I sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over the top
Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly hot.
