1 3 pound beef eye of round
Seasonings(salt garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, rosemary, thyme)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500. Place seasonings in bowl, grind up and mix. Put a tablespoon of oil over meat. Crust meat well with seasonings, place in roasting pan. Place meat in oven, reduce temperature to 475. Roast for 21 minutes then turn off oven. Let roast sit in oven for 2 1/2 hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR AT ALL DURING ANY OF THIS TIME. Remove, serve.

This was called 'magic meat' by Marty who was doubtful when I told him it only actively cooked for only 21 minutes. He was completely shocked (in a good way) when it worked out. He dubbed this 'magic meat.'
