16 Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Can Tomato Soup
1/4 Cup Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix soy sauce and oil and paint onto wings. Put wings onto cookie sheet.
Mix brown sugar, celery salt, chili powder and salt. Sprinkle over wings & put under broiler for approx. 10min (Watch they do not burn)
Mix soup and vinegar. Pour over wings.

Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours
